Move point - lockup

In any drawing when I go to move a point autocad locks up and I have to shut it down and restart. Could this be a problem using Carlson Survey 2009 and Autocad 2000? It does this always. Any help would be appriciated.

We're having the same problem on all machines. Seems to have happend after the last update. Very frustrating. Follows is our info
Carlson Civil Suite 2009 network license Build 090909
Autocad (2000)LDDT3 SP1
Windows XP machines
Any help/fix is needed

Dave carlson provided me with two files, which fixed the problem. It was an issue running ACAD 2000. Thanks Dave!
