I get this error every time I try to perform any command, and can't seem to get past it. It isn't locked up, but it won't save or do anything except give me that error message.

Download the latest build for March 19. You will have to perform a complete uninstall/reinstall. The new install will utilize the support directories left behind your previous build.

In the mean time you can grab any polyline grip move it some where, undo, now you can save/continue your work.
