Symbols

Using Survey 2006. I just created my own survey symbols, that I was use to
using in my previous cadd software. I placed them in a catagory that I
created called "Survey Symbols". I used the 'block' command to make them a
unit. Now, when I try to insert a symbol into my drawing with one of my
created symbols, I get a message in the command line that says "Block
IPFCONC references itself
*Invalid*" I does not insert my symbol into the drawing. What am I missing
here?

I think you have to explode the block in the files its trying to block a
block which does not work so well in cad... also be sure to purge the
drawings of your symbols. Hope this helps.

Thanks Kris, that was the advice I was looking for. Your knowledge did the
trick.
