Carlson Survey XML

We have recently loaded the Carlson Survey XML and I am at a loss as to how
a "View" can be created. If a view cannot be created, how does one go about
using the "Layout" capabilities to create individual sheets? Any help would
be greatly appreciated.

At the command prompt enter MVIEW and you can create and modify
viewports.
