Lisp Routines we used with LDD

We have some Lisp routines that we'd like to "convert" for use with Carlson from LDD.

One function we like is to extract the elevation by selecting a point block.
We can't get the routine to understand a Carlson Point Block type entity.

Are there LISP functions for Carlson entities that could help us out?

When running these routines, we select the objects on screen, and not by pulling the information out of the .crd file.
