missing line types

I am using Carlson Survey 2004. Some of the line types under Annotate/
Line types/ change polyline line types are missing. For example if I try
to change a line to the BlockBdrE I get the followng error Linetype
"BLOCKBDRE_0-50_0-10" not found. Use LINETYPE command to load it. I've
looked in all the .lin files and it is missing. Any idea where I can get
these files?

I have that file loaded. There are line types under Annotate/ Line types/
change polyline that are not in that file. If you have all the line types
that are listed can you email them to me? Thanks.

Did you get the file stariso.lin I too do not have this file and my CHANGE POLYLINE LINETYPE showes nothing?
