1)Saving Custom Toolbars; 2) Templates; 3) Removing Points
Posted: Sat Apr 15, 2006 9:05 pm1) Is there a way to save my customized tool bars so I don't have to
recreate them when reinstalling Carlson Survey 2006?
2) Some of my Preferences and Configuration settings revert back to default
when I start a new drawing. So... I saved them to the default Survey.dwt
template which works OK except now I get a dialog box stating I am missing
an application "Ereact". Evidently this has something to do Object Enabler
which I removed and reinstalled with negative results. Barkley, can you
send me a copy of the original template so I don't have to remove and
reinstall the whole program. And... how can I save my preferred settings so
they start up in every new drawing as they do now (except for the error
message.)
3) I have a large job with approximately 3100 Points (for contours). When
I erase "All" points using PGM, the program stops responding for about two
full minutes, then the points on the screen are gone and I am back in
business. Is this normal? It only takes a few seconds to draw these same
points.
By the way Barkley Since I purchased CS 2006 I have not had any problems in
daily crashing. What a relief. CS 2004 was a major headache.
