HELP! I just upgraded to Carlson mining 3D 2011.

I had 2006 and when I connected survey points I would go in the P-Line command and type the points and it would draw to them. that way I didn't have to change my snaps to node. I like using endpoint cause of all the lines I deal with. Now in 2011 It wont seam to work! Is there a setting that someone knows that I can change to help me or do I need to change my way of doing things?

Depending on what you're trying to accomplish by connecting the two point, the command "2dp" will do what you want.

If you want to draw breaklines, which need to be in 3d, this command will not help you.

Thanks, that helped. In Carlson 2007 you didn't have to enter that command. If you had the points in the drawing all you had to do was get in the "PLine" command and just start typing the point numbers. I deal with connecting a lot of points at one sit and manually picking them all has been a pain.
