I have just loaded Survey 2011 w/Intellicad 6.6 and no toolbars came up. I have now turned on some toolbars but they appear to be docked, have no right-hand limit, take the full width of the screen and cannot be moved.

Any ideas how I can undock them so they can be moved?

To the left of each toolbar there is a double vertical grey line that you can grab and drag to move the toolbars. You can right-click in the additional grey area along the top to get the list of other available toolbars and use this list to toggle them on/off.
