I read an ad in Professional Surveyor magazine and saw an ad for Carslon
Survey 2007. When was it or has it been released?

Don, if you are referring to the stand alone version (OEM) of Carlson Survey
it has not been released. I am hoping maybe sometime toward the end of
summer, but that is just a guess. If you are referring to the new Carlson
Survey module for running on top of AutoCAD then it has been released. This
is what the ad would be referring to.

There is also Carlson Civil 2007 which has been released, but it is not the
same as Survey. It is more for design like Autodesk Civil3D

Looking forward to the release.

I am still using CS2004, and was advised to not upgrade to CS2006, (since I
wasn't having the problems others have been having with 04), but wait for
2007, because of the major changes in store.
