DRAW POLYLINE BY POINT NUMBER OR POINT DESCRIPTION

Is it possible to auto draw by point description or by point number?

Yes, that's what you do in Field To Finish. In the Field To Finish setup you can select the lines to be 2D polys, 3D polys or both 2D and 3D polys on different layers.
To draw a poly by point numbers you can use the "point number " option under the Draw-2D polyline pull down. Same for the 3D poly pulldown.
