Still there. Either go to the draw tab and select "line" or type "line" on the command line. The prompt should then be "Pick point or point number". Just type in the point number that you need anf repeat until you are through. (The same will work for polylines.)
For multiple points or batches, go under POINTS, DRAW/ LOCATE POINTS and click on the "Draw by Range" option. Here you can draw 1-100 or 1, 5, 7, 19, 100 , or whatever.
BUT, Field to Finish is much better and faster.

Does on mine. Use "Draw" tab and select either 2dpoly or 3dpoly and you get the same selection line:

Continue/Extend/Follow/Options<Pick>
This stupid board will not let me enter "Pick point or point numbers between the arrow heads!!!<>"

What version of Carlson Survey are you using?
First try typing in a point number on the command line after selecting the draw 2dpoly option. If that does not work, at the initial prompt try typing "N" and see if that turns on the by points option.
Something is just not loading right. You may need to download an update from the Download portion of this website, Downloading the latest build of your software may fix many problems.
