Carlson Survey 2012 screen problem

After panning in CarlsonSurvey 2012/Acad 2012, I right click to enter exit for the command. The crosshairs disappear and I can no longer work in the dwg. This happens with ANY command that requires exiting the command by right clicking and picking exit. I can't tell if it happens with all commands because I have not been able to work with Carlson Survey 2012/Autocad 2012. This does NOT happen in any other version of Carlson Survey, including Carlson 2011/Acad 2011, or plain Autocad 2011 or 2012. This is a very serious problem as I am trying to buy all new Acad 2012 seats (6) to use with Carlson Civil/Survey 2012, which we are up to date on with our maintenance. I cannot proceed until this problem is resolved!
Can you please help me troubleshoot this problem?

Sorry, Jack, but I'm not sure, unless it's in the right click in Setup.
You should probably contact customer support with this issue. This is mostly a user forum, and the Carlson guys don't monitor it, they just check in sometimes.

Sorry, I didn't realize this was not monitored by Carlson. I'll try to find tech support some other way. I'll check the right click options in Acad too. Thanks.

Calling or emailing these guys will do better than trying to ask the guy you bought the software from. Generally, they don't have a clue about anything but price sheets.
