Point Attributes en masse

Often many survey points are collected in a tight pattern. Even
changing the size of attributes doesn't always solve the overlapping
text issue. In Softdesk you can simply ihghlight the point and move
the offending text to the side, moving it far enough even causes it to
put a leader back to the actual point symbol.

I see in Carlson a way to move 1 of the 3 attributes independently,
but is there any way to quickly move all 3?
