Can I have point groups created by default?

I'm trying to figure out how to make it to where everytime I create a new project, I have certain point groups in my CRD file from the start.

Is there a way to do this?

I've found where I can create them in a CRD, store it & then import from there. Is there a CRD file stored somewhere that it uses as a template when it creates a new one?

You can define point groups in Field To Finish associated with your descriptors. Each time you then run Field To Finish, the pre-defined point groups will be established. When you are setting the codes up just enter the point group name you want in the "Point Group" block. Such as group VEGE in the tree example here:
