Missing Command

It seems that the Surface > Modify Contours command is missing in Carlson
Survey 2007 (build 061024).
Although the "editctr" line command works just fine

The Surface > Modify Contours command exists in
the Civil module under Surface > Modify Contours.
To switch modules go to Settings > Carlson menus
and select the Civil menu.
