google earth error meeage

Not real sure one action has anything to do with the other.
Try doing a system restore to a time prior to the Google Earth installation and see if you still get the error message.
Also check the Knowledge Base data on this site to see if this error message has been seen before.
I have gotten similar messages on earlier versions of Carlson from time to time, but a couple of hard reboots eventually cleared up the problem.
If all else fails, give the guys at customer support a call.
