Right-Click Customization

Postby T Shields » Thu Feb 07, 2013 3:21 pm

After I make changes to my "Right-Click Customization" settings, everytime I open a different drawing, the changes that I make revert back to default settings and I have to change them again.

Any help?

We are running Carlson 2013 embedded and this occurs on every machine in our office that is running the new version.

That happens to me also.

AND sometimes I have to change it in the same drawing, over and over.

I am learning to live without it.
Sigh.

From tech support:

After you make those setting changes; you then have to select Settings/Mouse Click Settings and then check the boxes under the "right button click" selection.

Not sure why they would have a seperate dialog box for this other than the selection in the Option box, but it is working correctly now.

That worked for a little while, then all of the sudden it doesn't anymore.
