SurvNET Not Working

I’m running Carlson 2013 with embedded AutoCAD and I haven’t been able to get SurvNET to work. I’ve tried installing Carlson software from the Internet by down loading from Carlson website. I’ve also tried installing it from a CD. Both ways the majority of the program works, except for SurvNET. Any ideas?
