Layer Translation Table Editor error

I am trying to create a .ltf file that will translate my company's layers to our client's.
If I create an .ltf file with just a few (5 or 6) layer translations in it, it seems to work fine.
If I create an .ltf file with many layer translations in it I get the following error.

Error= Unhandled Exception C0000005 (Access Violation Reading 0x0000) at address 1BBD949Fh.

I searched for a post about this and didn't find anything on it.

I'd suggest sending it in to support via email. Looks like a programming error. Reading a null pointer.
