Bearing Leaders

Does anyone know if Carlson Survey 2007 now has an option to choose the
location of Bearing Leaders if you use them? It would be nice to place
them above the Bearing instead of at the annotation. On shorter liness, I
end up having to manually move them. I'm using 2006 now and I can't seem
to find an option to change ther location.
