Object Enabler for 2013 not working

I've received a drawing created in civil 3d 2013. It has numerous graphic boxes for point , lines, leaders, and notes. I've installed the object enabler from the Autodesk website however it doesn't help. There was a post back in 2010 with a work around for 2010. That post contained the object enablers (.dll) files taken from the civil 3d install disk for 2010. Does anybody have the object enablers for 2013?
