Lost points

New to survey 2013. Entered 10 points using cogo - sideshot. Moved to new point, backsited on original point, entered another 32 points using cogo-sideshot; with same layer for all. Edit command shows all 42 points exist, but only original 10 show on screen.. Why doesn't the second set of 32 points show?

When you click on "edit points" do the last points show up?? If so, do a "Draw/Locate points" and they should show up.
Make sure that you have the box checked to draw the points as you create them.

Yeah!! It's different. Once you learn to think "Carlson" it gets really easy.
Most everything has been renamed and ALL of your favorite pull downs have been moved.
It takes about 3 months to get in the groove. But YOU WILL hit a point when you wonder why you thought it was all so difficult.
There are about 50 little boxes throughout the software that have to be set "your way". ONCE you find all the settings and get them set the way you want it, all will be well. Once set it will stay that way.( A friend of mine is a Baptist minister says Carlson must be Baptist software because "Once set, Always set.". I try to keep him away from my computer.)
