LDD vs XML

After I load XML I lose some of my LDD functions (Trimblelink and my add-on
description writer). To fix the problem I have been reinstalling LDD after
I install a XML update. Is there another way so that I don't have to go
with a complete LDD installation.

Since this group was designed for Carlson Survey (the standalone) I'm
not sure how to address your problem.

Carlson Survey standalone should have no effect on an existing LDD
installation.
