Search Published Control not working

I successfully searched for some NGS monuments using the Points Utilities > Search Published Control. After getting the data on each point I needed, I attempted to import the points as shown on the instructional video. I made sure the CRD file uses AlphaNumeric points and that the settings appeared to be the same as those on the video, yet I get the error message:

Cannot establish transformation from NAD 83(1993), skipping station HIGH HILL CATHOLIC CH SPIRE
Added 0 stations to C:\Carlson Projects\SURVEYCONTROL1.crd as State Plane 83 TX South Central NAD83 US Survey Feet-csref GCS North American 1983
Am I doing something wrong here?
