Installed May patch. Area by interior point seems to have problems with
curved segments.
Too, what happened to the arc command that was included in the previous
update.

I called Carlson on that yesterday, it also affects "Lot by Interior Text".
Seems it is using the chord to calculate the area.

and draw boundary polyline, so be careful!
