viewpoint 3d

On the View menu, under 3d views, there is the command 'Viewpoint 3D'.

When this is selected an error is shown

_ddvpoint
no function definition: AI_ACADAPP :error#0

Has anyone else found this problem?

To get around this I type in the command 'VP' and the viewpoint presets
window comes up. Once the 'vp' command has been used the menu command
'Viewpoint 3D' now works.

Try running a repair on the AutoCAD program. In control pannel - add remove programs - highlight the program and select change - repair the version of AutoCAD to restore this feature.
