Object Enabler 2007

I have recently installed the Object enabler for autocad 2007 from the
Carlson website.When I try to insert a dwg from another source I am
getting a string of the following

C:\Programs\Carlson Software 2007\AeccLand40.dbx cannot find a dll or other
file that it needs.

C:\Programs\Carlson Software 2007\AeccRoadway40.dbx cannot find a dll or
other
file that it needs.

C:\Programs\Carlson Software 2007\AeccRoadway40.dbx cannot find a dll or
other
file that it needs.

C:\Programs\Carlson Software 2007\AeccRoadway40.dbx cannot find a dll or
other
file that it needs.

C:\Programs\Carlson Software 2007\AeccRoadway40.dbx cannot find a dll or
other
file that it needs.

C:\Programs\Carlson Software 2007\AeccLand40.dbx cannot find a dll or other
file that it needs.

in the text editor. (there are many more)I suspect that the enabler is
not installed correctly. Has anyone encountered this problem or
successfully installed the enabler.
