Can anyone tell me how an arc can be placed using a PC point, Radius Length,
and Pt point? I have tried to use the Arc command, but it doesn't provide
the necessary prompts so that I can use my radius information.

Command: .ARC
Specify start point of arc or [Center]: <pick PC>
Specify second point of arc or [Center/End]: E
Specify end point of arc: <pick PT>
Specify center point of arc or [Angle/Direction/Radius]: R
Specify radius of arc: <enter radius>

Thanks for your quick response, but there must be something with the
software that is either not loaded or ?. There seem to be no quick key for
arc. If I go to Toolbars by right clicking on a command icon and the
toolbars come up, it says to drag and drop. If I drag the arc command and
drop it, it does fine but the command is not recognized. I did try to just
type in ARC, but the command is not recognized. I do not know this software
very well, but I would think that there would at least be a quick key like
arc. (I can type in A for arc, but am given no options.) The l for line, c
for circle, etc. seems to work as in Land Desktop and AutoCAD. What am I
doing wrong?

That will work, although that's not exactly what Glenda asked for. She will have to calculate the radius point first.
If the regular ARC command is not enabled, there needs to be a way to input start and end points and radius length.

If the PC and PT points are on lines then you can use Draw>Curves>2Tangents,
Radius or type 2TANLIN at command line.
If you have only points than create the Radius Point using COGO>Locate at
Intersect>Distance-Distance Intersect or COGO>Locate at
Intersect>Resection>Check 2Point and Distance Only

The A command (Shortcut for ARC) does not call up the sequence RK suggests.
Back in January, you posted an XML update that had the correct arc command.
I too miss this simple routine.
