Creating Line Types

When you go into the Annotate/Line Types/Change Poly Line Menu,

There is a used define line type which allows you to insert text into that
line.

Is there a way to make the inserted text appear only one time?

What we would like to do is create line types for the Section, Quarter
Section, and 1/16th Sec Lines.

That would look like the following:
--------- Sec Line ----------
More or less.

Is there a way to change the text style/ font used to annotate the line or
is this dependent on the style of the layer?

Is there a way to transfer the line types to different machines and save
them as standards?

All help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

- The spacing between linetype symbols are controlled by the Line Type
Spacing.
- In the command line you are asked to "Enter TextStyle name or <enter> for
current Style.
- scadline.shx file in Support directory
Hope this helps.
