topo'd today.
at office tried to download data to PC.
problem: when i attempted this, my Allegro "froze".
when I "soft booted" and double tapped Survey CE icon I was given a message
that stated that I no longer had the Survey CE .exe file on my DC. i was
unable to find the "C" drive on the DC and thusly was unable to gain access
to my topo data. BIG PROBLEM
i removed the battery from the DC and let it sit for 20 minutes, to allow
the DC to reboot.
when i inserted the battery and turned the DC on, it went through it's paces
and then notified that it was "done, reboot" but went no further. when i
did, in fact, reboot it simply repeated the most recent process telling me
that it was again "done, reboot".
anyone else suffer a similar disaster?
waiting for tech support from Juniper, but until then................?
