Spell Check

Does anyone know how to add a dictionary in preferences, there seems to
be a option there I just dont know how to get the file into place. Any
help would be appreciated.

Settings>Preferences...>Files>Text Editor, Dictionary and Font File Names
Set current spelling dictionary
Command: spell
