I would be very greatful if someone is able to tell me how to adjust the
zoom speed (amount) when using the middle mouse wheel. It takes way too much
time for me to zoom with the wheel as it is right now.

I don't believe there is an option within Carlson.
You may want to try the scrolling options within your installed mouse
software.

It's your mouse properties in the control panel, Scrolling
