survCE linework into caice

Postby Stephen & Penny » Tue Apr 27, 2004 4:50 am

i am looking to try and get my topo linework from survCE into caice. As a
department, we are trying out survCE as a survey tool. If i cannot easily
get the linework into Caice and have to restring the points after importing
them, it seems pointless to capture linework in the field.

It has been a while but you can use the Cad Links that came with cacie, it
will run Cacie and Autocad at the same time and put a Cacie menu in your
Autocad. then you can import your linwork through that. Hope this helps.
Cacie Support is pretty good also. They are very helpful.
