rw5 to gps vector

help, how to convert rw5 file to gps vectors file,
tried SurNet process surce 2.5 fielded rw5 file, for TS data no problem,
but when tried use rw5 gps RTk file, seems the SurNet just
not recognize it.
the trainning movie on SurNet and GPS very helpful, but rw5 (gps) file
just not same as used in movie
