Incorrect Annotation Scale

We just started using Carlson 2021. Upon opening a drawing we get the message Incorrect Annotation Scale. What does that mean? Also, the message states this is a result from editing in AutoCAD Civil 3d, yet we do not own any AutoCAD products.
What needs to be done, in Carlson, for the message not to show up? What do we need to do to the drawing?
The message is coming up with every drawing we have and they all have been prepared in previous releases of Carlson.
