3D isometric piping

:D Greetings,
This is a question from someone who has not yet purchased Carlson.

When drawing in iso mode will it create actual 3D entities or like AutCAD Land Desktop 2005 does it just draw an iso view that does not contain actual 3D information.
I want to be able to do things like; start at a pipe support, go down a line 10 feet, put in a 64 degree elbow, roll that elbow up 10 degrees, go 10 feet, and from there get an inverse distance back to the pipe support that I started from.
Will the Carlson that would go on my Land Desktop 2005 do that?

Very curious.
Thanks for any replies.
Chad

Carlson Civil can draw profiles as 3d polylines and it does have a 3d inverse option which should do what you need.
