Edit pad with fillet

I am experimenting with the pad design tool and would like to know: how do I move the PI of a pad that has fillets at the corners? In the pad editing tools I can move vertices, but since the arcs are tesselated I can only move the individual tesellated vertices. How can I move the PI point? Also, is there a tool to do this outside of the edit pad dialogue in general?
