After running my cut and fill map I added the cut and fill lables. Now the linework and cut and fill map has holes where the labels would be. I've tried deleting the layer and regen'ing but it didn't work. The holes are still there?

These are wipeouts. Type wipeout at the command line and the F for frames, then turn them ON. This will allow you to delete them. In the future toggle the "hide drawing under labels" OFF to avoid this.
