Mr.Lon Watson never answers my request I asked him more thn a hundred times but the same result no reply.He replied only once asking me the command history of autocad after that I don't know what happened.

The reason we can not assist you is that the serial number you are using is not a purchased serial number through Carlson Software. Please provide us with the name of the person you purchased this from so we can get to the bottom of it. Thank you.
