Profile update

I am running Carlson Civil 2011 with ICAD 6.6. I created and drew an existing ground profile (based on a TIN) of a centerline created from a polyline that traces the centerline of a proposed storm pipe. Is it possible to have the profile update automatically when I edit the centerline ?

I played around with RoadNet, but not SewerNet. I'll give SewerNet a try and contact support if I need help. Thanks.

Sure wish they would make it possible to design to Top of Curb with RoadNet.
