Anyone know how to get rid of registration error code 415? The knowledge base article doesn't make it clear how to do this and technical support only replies with that article.

This error is due to the software being upgraded. You'll need to install and use the new software version as the older version will no longer work. If you need assistance with this, please call 606-564-5028 and ask for Lauren Brown in Registration. Thank you.
