TOOLBARS RESETS ALL THE TIME

I am using Carlson 2013 Civil and Survey with intellicad 7, I normally switch back and forth and have set my toolbars the way I want them, but for some reason they reset to the original position they were when I first got the program, does anyone know why this is happening ? Thanks in advance

I had a similar problem with the earlier 2012 using Intellicad 7.1. To fix it then I deleted my profile and started with a new one. Maybe support knows of a better way.
If using the Intellicad version: If you are familiar with the Windows Task Manager I suggest keeping it open and after each time you exit the Carlson application check to make sure the icad.exe process is gone before starting the application again.
