Utility Tunnel 3d modeling

I'm tasked with creating a 3d model of a utility tunnel. The tunnel is about 500 feet long, 5 feet wide and about 8 feet high. I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this. I was thinking of trying to do a road network but wasn't sure if this is something i could do using Hydrology and creating a culvert type to run. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Carlson has a lot of mining applications that would probably do what you are looking for, but I don't know anything about them.
Maybe there is a demo available that you could try and see.

I'd be looking to do this with the civil suite package.

What about F2F using the pipe setup option? Create points at bend points and using the diameter of the tunnel, you could create it with 3D faces? Is that suitable or are you trying to modelling an asbuilt of a tunnel?
