Why does my ROW draw like this with centerline file?

I am entering the right of way on a centerline file. the centerline file drew fine. The left side of the right of way drew fine, then when I entered the right it drew these lines way out in space. I have had this happen before and reentered the right of way and it fixed it but this time that is not working. any help or tips on this are appreciated!
