Autodesk Land Desktop & Carlson programs?

Did Carlson write the Autodesk land Desktop programs? I have a seminar
coming up with a speaker talking about the ALD point description codes,
linework coding, traverse adj., DTM , and contouring. If it is similar to
Carlson I may sit in , if not I will not. Can someone let me know?

No, Carlson created the product "Autodesk Field Survey" but did not
contribute to the creation of Land Desktop.
