Design lot file

In release 2 of SurvCADDXML, the design lot command does not work when you
create a new lot file or use an existing lot file then try to use point
numbers to define the lot. We have tried it on 5 separate machines. Is
anyone having the same problems?

This problem was reported to us yesterday. The fix is underway now and will
be included in a new build or patch soon.
