Flyout Buttons Error

Just installed SurvCADD XML Release 2 (build 030801) onto AutoCAD 2002.
Once installed the flyout buttons such as Insert, Object Snap, UCS, and
Viewport all cease to work. This was tested and confirmed on 9 computers so
far. It makes no difference if it is a clean AutoCAD/SurvCADD install or if
you are just installing XML2 onto a computer that already had XML.

The fix is relatively easy. You need to remap the toolbar location using
the customize feature. Not a huge problem but something Carlson should
examine and repair.
