Crashes after update

Autocad/SurvCadd is crashing frequently after installing the latest update
to XML2. We use Autocadd 2002 and W2K.

I have received another call on this today.
Can you provide me with any more specific information? A particular
routine causing this?
Any messages on the screen?

Also, we have posted another patch just yesterday, could you please get
that one and let us know if this is still a problem.
