Section-profile problem

In XML 2 (10/20/03 build), when creating sections from surface entities, or
profiles from surface entities, if you specify an existing file to write,
and choose to overwrite, the information from the old file is not blown
away.

In other words, if you create a *.sct file, then change your surface and
try to recreate the same *.sct file, with the same name, the resulting cross
section will have the information from both surfaces as part of the section.

Is this a bug, or is it something on my end?
